When: Saturday, October 15, 2011
Where: Hopwood Social Hall
Time: 5:00 - 10:00 - NO ONE IS PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE DANCE PRIOR TO 10:00 PM.
Cost: $40.00 per person / $80.00 per couple
- Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, September 21st in Mrs. Shultz's room (C118). Tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis due to the capacity of the social hall.
- The last day to purchase tickets is Friday, October 7th.
- Cash or check accepted. Checks are to be made payable to: Albert Gallatin High School
Pictures: Picture package envelopes can be picked up when tickets are purchased.
Dress: This is a semi-formal dance. No prom dresses or tuxedos.
Guests: Students are allowed to bring a guest from outside our district. A guest permission form MUST be obtained and completed prior to the dance.
Tables: Students may choose their tables at the time tickets are purchased.
Dinner: 5:00 Hors d'oeuvrs (vegetables, cheese, fruit)
6:30 Dinner (stuffed chicken, baked whipped potatoes, green beans, rigatoni with marinara sauce, tossed salad) |
