The Community Foundation of Fayette County (CFFC) promotes philanthropy and community improvement by attracting, managing, and distributing charitable resources.The Community Foundation of Fayette County is an important philanthropic vehicle in the County and builds "community capital" by professionally managing donated funds, linking donors with charities, providing support to non-profits, and addressing community concerns.

Fayette County Community Action Agency is committed to developing a comprehensive array of services for Fayette County residents including special services for seniors, disabled individuals, and people with lower incomes. Services include energy, housing and the development of housing, emergency assistance, employment and training, youth activities, empowerment and leadership development, casework and service coordination, family supports, food and nutrition, personal care, transportation, recreation, health, medical and community development services.
